Three residential buildings, a 14-storey tower adjacent to a six-storey podium, and two tenstorey towers adjacent to six-storey podiums; a podium linking one of the ten-storey buildings to the 14-storey building; three levels of underground parking.
The Verdale acts as a gateway to Downtown Markham at its eastern approach, strengthening the pedestrian-oriented character of the community. Two ten-storey buildings sit atop six-storey podiums and overlook a large shared courtyard featuring native plants. A sensitive treatment of the streetscape and landscape results in a European influenced relationship with the public realm. Client The Remington Group Inc.
