Birmingham studio secured planning for a bespoke 9,000 sqm office headquarters for Metaswitch, a software and network developer, in London Borough of Enfield.
Our design accommodates 500 staff members across five floors arranged around a toplit atrium with a feature staircase to enhance interaction between the floors.
Alongside the full height atrium, the design comprises a ground floor reception with a café, a state of-the-art data centre, a rooftop conference space and basement parking for 96 cars.
We won the competition to design the building earlier this year, working for property developer Stoford. The BREEAM Excellent building fits within a 20-month programme.
