Two condominium buildings, a tower of 33 storeys and a mid-rise of 11 storeys, on top of a shared podium with retail, live-work units, interior and exterior amenity, and an activated laneway.
Part of Phase 3 of the Regent Park redevelopment, Artworks Tower features a 33-storey and 11-storey condominium with retail uses within the podium that animate all four façades of the block. The brick building melds with its surroundings, referencing the original material palette of the neighbourhood while celebrating its transformation into a complete 21st century community.
